Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallets are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (WIB). Withdrawals are paid to verified bank accounts only; processing takes 1–4 hours on average.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. obctop reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent or multi-account behaviour.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. obctop uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication to protect account access.

The Platform is designed and optimised for adult players residing in Indonesia. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is strictly forbidden. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. obctop makes no warranty that the services are legally available in any jurisdiction outside Indonesia.
By registering, you represent that you are of sound mind, acting on your own behalf, and that funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources. You may not use the Platform as an agent or representative of another person.
21+ Only. Using this Platform while under the age of 21 is a serious violation of these Terms and applicable responsible gaming laws. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental-control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling services.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent suspension of all Accounts involved, along with forfeiture of all associated balances. obctop employs device-fingerprinting and behavioural analysis to detect multi-accounting.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name (as it appears on your national identity document / KTP), a valid email address, a working Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes confidential. obctop will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted via your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify obctop support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting obctop customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified bank account after standard KYC checks, subject to applicable processing times and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
obctop is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification must be completed by submitting: (a) a clear photo or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport; (b) a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and (c) a selfie photograph taken while holding your identity document beside your face.
Standard KYC verification is processed within 1–24 hours of submission during business hours (WIB). During peak periods, including national public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), or Nyepi, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email and in-platform notification upon approval or rejection.
If obctop is unable to verify your identity to a satisfactory standard, your Account will be restricted to deposit and gameplay only — withdrawals will be suspended until verification is successfully completed. Persistent failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in Account closure.
obctop reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time, in particular where significant changes to your Account activity, deposit volumes, or personal details are detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in Account restriction.

All deposits are received in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. Deposits made via bank transfer during standard banking hours (07:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Friday) are credited within 5 minutes. Off-hours deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a verified bank account registered in your own name that matches your KYC documentation. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000. Standard processing time is 1–4 hours after KYC approval during business hours (WIB).
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
obctop does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside obctop's control and are your sole responsibility.
If a deposit is made but not credited to your Account within 30 minutes, contact obctop support with your transfer receipt (bukti transfer). Do not make a second deposit before the first is confirmed. obctop will not be responsible for duplicate deposits made without prior notification to support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
obctop offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement for any bonus is 10x (ten times) the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 deposit receiving a Rp 100,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of Rp 2,000,000 before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements:
Bonus Funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will be automatically removed from the Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
obctop actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and use of betting software or bots. Where abuse is detected, obctop reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from that bonus, and close the Account involved.
Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting support. Opting out means no bonus will be applied to future deposits, and wagering requirements will not be attached to those deposits.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a market-specific rule and these General Terms, the market-specific rule prevails. obctop offers markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and a broad range of international sports including badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile).
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of 3 selections. If one leg of an accumulator is void or postponed, the bet is recalculated as a parlay with the remaining legs. Minimum odds per leg for mix parlay inclusion are 1.30.
In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. obctop reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided at obctop's sole discretion; affected players will be notified and their stakes refunded.
All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are disclosed in the game information panel. obctop hosts titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn from official and publicly verifiable sources. obctop publishes draw schedules and result outcomes in real time. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw; claims raised after this window will not be entertained.

obctop strives to maintain 99.9% Platform uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. obctop accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. obctop is not liable for any betting or gaming losses sustained through your use of the Platform. All bets and wagers are placed voluntarily and at your own risk.
obctop integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and data feed providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Where a third-party outage causes a disruption to Platform services, obctop will work to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, obctop's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by obctop is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
obctop complies with applicable data protection principles and implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
obctop reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via email and an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with Clause 3.4.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which obctop holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
